RETURN POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

All sales are final. MINDBEND is a small owned and operated business, we put all of our high vibrational energy, efforts and time into sourcing, designing and hand-making every piece using the highest quality variation of beads. 

We're eternally grateful to have a store front at the St. Pete Pier, and are extremely humbled to be receiving such a positive overwhelming response and high demand for our pieces. We're also super grateful to rarely ever receive requests for returns, but with the increase of demand, we're only able to offer returns/exchanges if there is a size issue or a defect.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: 

After your order has been shipped, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate any changes/cancellations. Please feel free to email us through our "Contact Us" page if you would like to make a change before your order has shipped, and we'll do our absolute best to help!

SIZE ISSUES:

We always want to make sure your new piece fits you perfectly! On all our item descriptions, we've added a friendly reminder to ensure that you have your correct wrist/ring measurements ready before placing your order. We also offer the option to send us your custom size measurement (mainly needed for bracelets) so we can ensure a perfect fit. 

If your bracelet still does not fit you correctly, we offer the option to send it back to us for an exchange. You must pay for the new bracelets shipping cost. 

DEFECTS:

Before we send out your package, we always ensure to thoroughly inspect your pieces and package them safely and beautifully. If you notice any defect with your items within 7 days of your purchase, please feel free to email us at mindbendworld@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. Depending on the situation at hand, we will send you a new/replacement piece or return label.
